Thanks for the feedback, it's very much appreciated.

I think putting in two or more rates is a fantastic idea, however this would need to be done in such a way as to not scare people away because it looks too complicated. Maybe if I had two calculators - simple and advanced - that would work.

I'll add your ideas to the TODO list and have a think about how to implement them.

a provision to put in 2 rates, as most mortgages have a discount rate for the first few years.

or if you really adventurous, some way of factoring in that people are likely to re-mortgage every few years, with an arrangement cost being added to the loan each time. </description>
