Mortgage Calculator

This calculator can be used to create an amortisation schedule for a mortgage. Just fill in the principal (the amount of capital borrowed), the term in months (300 months is 25 years) and the interest rate. You can also fill in the monthly payment that you would like to make, however if you leave it blank, the calculator will work out what the monthly payments need to be to pay off the loan over the term (both capital and interest).

This calculator is in a prototype stage at present so do take the results as gospel. As it has not been properly tested for bugs, there is a chance (however unlikely) that the calculations are erroneous. A big thank you to Shore Dutton Internet Consultancy for helping me to get this developed :)
